What hardware and software do I require ?
You can access our courses from a PC, Mac and from all tablet devices.
The courses are not designed to be taken on a mobile phone
- You must have a web enabled camera on your device
- You must have audio enabled: speaker/earphones
What browser should be used to access the courses?
The courses work best on Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
What type of internet connection is required ?
Minimum 2Mb download and 512Kb upload
What happens if I leave the course only partly completed
This is not a problem, you can log out and come back to any of our courses at any time, provided it is within the specified time period. Most courses have two week expiry from start to finish
